Keep Calm and go to Chelsea!

Dress- All Saints
Necklace- Tiffany and Co
Bracelet- Pandora

Boots- Topshop

(Yes finally decided on these. Love them!)

To celebrate the end of the current series of My In Chelsea my friends I and decided to end the series in style. We dressed up Chelsea style, drank cheap bubbly and ate cake! Helen even wore a H&M pink dress modeled by Millie in the previous episode. It had an explosive ending and we are all so excited to see the next series. I worn a Aztec style dress which I got in all Saints Summer sale I put a belt with it as it is a little to big for me and the boots are maybe I bit too much but just got them last week so couldn't resist wearing them! Christmas 'wish list'

Santa's going to be busy this year! Really starting to get into the Christmas spirit was even looking at Christmas decorations while lost looking for a light bulb in B&Q (fashion students and light bulbs don't mix) My list seems to contain my sparkly things again going into the spirit of the festive season. Also had to include the micro pig at the bottom have always wanted one and will eventually convince someone to buy me one. Unfortunately this year I don't think my flat mate would appreciate a four legged new edition to the flat. Enter Narnia...

While researching for a magazine article I'm currently working on for uni I came across these items in my mums wardrobe. I've been looking at consumer buying trends and people delving into the back of there wardrobes and finding forgotten things. I've been wanting a fur jacket for ages and when I came across this one I loved it and had to borrow it! Its about 30 years old and by Astraka. The bag is by Mondi and is 25 years old though it was very in keeping with current trends just like the coat and shows that if you keep things for long enough they come back into fashion.

Topshop- £50

Topshop- £48

Miss selfridge- £89
Rare at Topshop- £60

These are some examples of current coats and bags on the market looking at them they are so similar to my mums.Proving it really is worth keeping a hold of clothing. XO

I bet that you look good on the dance floor

I spent Sunday night seeing Arctic Monkeys and the Vaccines at the AECC it was my first time seeing them and certainly not my last. Unlike in the picture above Alex Turner was sporting a Danny Zuko esk look not sure if I liked it or not. Before leaving I thought about my blog and took some quick snaps of our outfits.

Top- Topshop £30
Shorts- Topshop £32
Boots- 2 year old Topshop
(think I went a little Topshop crazy)

Here's a quick video of the night I found on you tube (sorry about the quality) XO

Gothic Glam.

Dress - £25 H&M
Skirt (Worn underneath) - Borrowed from my mum think its from Benetton.
Necklace - Topshop
Tights - £9 Marks and Spencer
Shoe boots - £65 United Colours of Benetton.

These are some behind the scenes snaps from a modern gothic photo shoot I took part in for our fashion management magazine. The location was St Machar's Cathedral such a good setting for a gothic photo shoot has a very eerie atmosphere which really sets off the tone. Really enjoyed the experience but don't think we could have picked a colder day (chunky cardies were needed). Big thanks to our Photographer Bob McAteer. Final Photos to follow! Have also added some photos of the other girls who all look amazing think we really started to get into the gothic theme. XO

Very cold in this one!
